Payment
A credit card is required for all membership categories. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the membership category you choose. Activation begins upon payment. You will be reminded by email prior to the expiration of your membership. Your credit card will not be charged with a renewal membership until first authorized by you.

Credit card statements will show Getdecoratingcom as the company credited with payment.

Membership Changes
All cancellations or changes in membership term must be received in writing via email. Please see Contact Us page for appropriate email address. This way we can protect members by making sure the change is an official request being sanctioned by a legitimate member. We cannot prorate for partial month usage. If a member cancels within the first month of a monthly membership, we cannot refund part of the monthly fee for non-usage of service. For longer-term memberships, which are cancelled, members will be charged for each month or partial month of service, during which they have had access. The billing rate for each month or partial month will be the current four week membership fee.

Privacy Policy
Getdecorating.com will not sell or divulge your personal information to anyone, under any circumstances. All personal information, surveys and forms are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and sent to a secure server. Surveys, whether sent online occasionally, or located on our site, are intended to provide us with information that will assist with developing better features and services for members. Members have no obligation whatsoever to complete any survey. At no time will getdecorating disclose members personal details to any third party located on our site. From time to time we will share statistical information in aggregate. This data reveals no personal details and is distributed to help attract only appropriate sponsors and Directory Listings that can be of benefit to members. We do not rent or sell email lists.

In the event that Visual Solutions Company, Inc. dba. Getdecorating.com is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our members as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.

Potential Browser Problems
